LCFS works with children who do not live at home to facilitate family reunification or other permanent, safe and loving homes.

Domestic Adoption recruits adoptive parents who will provide permanent homes for children with special needs. LCFS provides orientation and training for families who are matched with waiting children. Social work staff supervises placement until the adoption is final. International Adoption services through LCFS, a licensed adoption agency, and member agency of Lutheran Adoption Network (LAN) places children ready for adoption from countries in Asia, South and Central America, and Eastern Europe. The LCFS professional social work staff is committed to working with prospective parents to find loving homes.
