  LDR-SEPA Task Force

About 35 affiliates are located across the country.  These affiliates share the same mission and work to support each other, but each carries out the LDR mission in its own way.

In Southeastern Pennsylvania, LDR operates as part of Liberty Lutheran Services, a social ministry organization that cares for communities in many ways, including providing care for foster children and vulnerable older adults, resettling refugee families, and working in partnership with neighborhoods and congregations for efforts such as disaster response.

To carry out our mission, a task force of individuals from Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, Chester and Delaware Counties works together to decide initiatives and support the efforts of congregations and individuals working with LDR to prepare and respond to disasters.
