The changing needs of an adopted family often require different forms of support and guidance. Attending adoptive family support group is one way to confidently navigate life transitions. Adoptive family support groups also remind us and our children that adoption is, in fact, a beautiful and widely recognized way to build a family. Our leaders are highly qualified and experienced child welfare professionals trained to assist adoptive families. Attend as many meetings as you can during the course of the year.

She received a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Temple University and a degree in Psychology from Immaculata College. Ms. Stinson has dedicated her life to helping parents and children strengthen and enhance the family bond through permanency. She is an avid Jazz lover as well as a leader and advocate for the Girl Scouts.
