  • ESL / GED Classes

LCFS offers free ESL classes to refugees and other immigrants in several locations.  For information about LCFS ESL classes or for links to an interactive map showing other adult education activities, click here.  If you are still unable to find educational resources for your refugee client, call Todd Miller at 215-747-7500 Ext. 257.  Make sure to leave your phone number, as well as where the refugee lives, and whether he/she is looking for day or evening classes.

Interpretation for the Driver's License Exam

LCFS offers interpretation in several languages for non-English speakers taking the knowledge portion of the PA Driver's License Exam.  This service is provided for free to refugees and assylees in our Matching Grant program, and for a fee to other immigrants.  For more information, click here.

Immigration / Change of Status Assistance

LCFS provides immigration assistance for refugees and asylees, who have been resettled through our progam, when they are ready to apply for green card or citizenship.  For a complete list of our immigration services, Click here, or call 215-747-7500 Ext. 235 or Ext. 212.  This is a fee-based service.
